Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what arrives. This explains returns, refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it reasonably should. These rights can't be excluded, and this policy sits alongside them.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Unopened items in their original condition can be returned for a refund or exchange. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost.

Hygiene and opened products

For health and safety reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used cosmetics, tanning or skincare — unless the product is faulty. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return

Email hello@eaup-australia.com with your order number and what's wrong. We'll reply with the next steps before you send anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund once we've confirmed the return.
